  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you provide package tracking?

    All print orders have tracking included with no additional charge.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • Do prints come with a watermark on them?

    No. All prints shipped out are watermark free. The prints will have the logo on the bottom right, "CONCEPTCAT @AmandaRomeArt", and the print will also be signed and dated in the same corner with either a water-based, acid-free, non-permanent marker or a permanent marker, unless requested otherwise.

  • How will the product be packaged?

    - All prints are placed in a cellophane sleeve with chipboard behind the prints.
    - The cellophane sleeves may have a resealable adhesive strip on the flap of the bags.
    - Prints will have either additional chipboard placed on the outside of the cellophane sleeve along with bubble wrap on the corners to increase the protection of the package, and then will be shipped out in a poly mailer or the prints in the cellophane sleeve will be shipped out in a rigid mailer. Packaging depends on the size of prints that are ordered.
    - All packages have DO NOT BEND labels placed on the front and back of the mailers to help increase safe product shipping.
